DATBOY's Year Round Boot Camp

DATBOY Training is committed to changing the health and well being of our fellow Texans. Did you know that most households with an overweight parent also have overweight children?

Let's be role models for our kids, our neighbors and for ourselves by committing to one month of training. Never before has a boot camp of this magnitude cost so little:

* only $50 per week
* 6 training sessions per week
* with a certified personal trainer

Each month will be broken down into four weeks.
* Week 1 - Strength and Toning
* Week 2 - Pilates and Yoga (Balance/Core building)
* Week 3 - Agilities and Field Work
* Week 4 - Self Defense and Martial Arts

Training, like health care, should not cost and arm and a leg. Be one of the first to embark in a boot camp that will help balance, tone and condition. Remember, the longer you wait the worse it gets!
