"Being athletically involved and active has always been my lifestyle, and I am confident it will take me somewhere." After graduating from Nolan Catholic HS in 2007, Stephen received an appointment to the United States Merchant Marine Academy, only to be denied in accordance to a strict and thorough medical process. Although denied, Stephen still received a wonderful opportunity to attend The Academy for a 35 day boot camp. "Being in a military environment does so many things for you. It allows you to improve your discipline, work ethic, and overall ability while allowing you to accomplish impossible situations under great deals of stress and confusion. It just makes you a better person." Stephen, certified in personal training and CPR, hopes to continue his dream with D.A.T.B.O.Y. Training. Playing soccer my whole life has kept my cardio, especially, at a good level, and I'm glad I have the chance to assist people get to where they want to be, physically fit wise. | |

Showing a fiery display of speed, skill, technique and knowledge Timothy became the Asst. Head Coach of the All-Marine TKD Team within a years time. Specializing in form and technique, he helped team members gain incredible speed and accuracy. This resulted in the Marines amazing victory at the 2006 Mid-Atlantic TaeKwonDo Championships, where Tim also competed and earned two gold medals and becoming the Middleweight Eastern TKD Champion. Timothy also went on to become a Marine Fitness Coach and Nutritionist. After being discharged from the military, he went on to pursue his career as a Personal Trainer and also taught Self-Defense, Boxing, and MMA. This Gold Medalist is a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo (2nd degree), MCMAP (the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and is also trained in Boxing, Kenpo, Jiujitsu. | |

Beginning with Boys&Girls Club he began playing sports at the age of 4yrs old. Graduating in 1999, Marvin excelled in various sports. He was a three year letterman in football, basketball, as well as track. In football, Marvin was named Red River 22 Quarterback of the year, 1st Team All-District Texas 4A and selected to play in the 2000 Oil Bowl Football Classic. Marvin also was an 1st Team All District Point Guard in basketball for three years on varsity, also being selected to play in the 2000 Oil Bowl Basketball Classic . Marvin was a two -time state qualifier in Track & Field. Competing in events such as the 2oom, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, and long jump. After high school Marvin went on to play college football as well as Arena Football. During those years Marvin was involved in numerous training programs. He was an instructor for the TaC(training and conditioning camp) program for elite high school athletes. He also coached for the summer league basketball programs. Marvin has good understanding that having good health can only improve one's lifestyle. Maintaining good health leads to an increase in energy, confidence , self-motivation, and piece of mind knowing that you are in the best shape possible. "Sports became a important part of my life which I also enjoy competing in. Helping someone to achieve a goal is the greatest gift in life. Good health should be a goal for everyone." | |












Stephen Sumcizk - Born and raised in DFW, has been athletically active since the age of 4. Along with HS soccer and being the kicker/punter in football, Stephen has played soccer competitively since age 10. From the prestigious International Youth tournament, Dallas Cup, to the two State Soccer Championships and two State Runner Ups, Stephen has competed and played with some of the best.
Timothy Hadley Jr. - A native of Miami , FL , Timothy Hadley is an Armed Forces Veteran. While serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, where his martial arts expertise were quickly recognized, Tim earned himself a spot on the All-Marine TaeKwonDo Team.
Marvin J. Thompson - Marvin Thompson has been envolved in athletic programs starting a very young age.
