"Being athletically involved and active has always been my lifestyle, and I am confident it will take me somewhere." After graduating from Nolan Catholic HS in 2007, Stephen received an appointment to the United States Merchant Marine Academy, only to be denied in accordance to a strict and thorough medical process. Although denied, Stephen still received a wonderful opportunity to attend The Academy for a 35 day boot camp. "Being in a military environment does so many things for you. It allows you to improve your discipline, work ethic, and overall ability while allowing you to accomplish impossible situations under great deals of stress and confusion. It just makes you a better person." Stephen, certified in personal training and CPR, hopes to continue his dream with D.A.T.B.O.Y. Training. Playing soccer my whole life has kept my cardio, especially, at a good level, and I'm glad I have the chance to assist people get to where they want to be, physically fit wise. | |

Showing a fiery display of speed, skill, technique and knowledge Timothy became the Asst. Head Coach of the All-Marine TKD Team within a years time. Specializing in form and technique, he helped team members gain incredible speed and accuracy. This resulted in the Marines amazing victory at the 2006 Mid-Atlantic TaeKwonDo Championships, where Tim also competed and earned two gold medals and becoming the Middleweight Eastern TKD Champion. Timothy also went on to become a Marine Fitness Coach and Nutritionist. After being discharged from the military, he went on to pursue his career as a Personal Trainer and also taught Self-Defense, Boxing, and MMA. This Gold Medalist is a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo (2nd degree), MCMAP (the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and is also trained in Boxing, Kenpo, Jiujitsu. | |

After graduating from North Mesquite HS in 2004, Clint received a full athletic scholarship to play football for the New Mexico State Aggies (NMSU). There at NMSU Clint played and started at fullback as a true freshman. He later transferred to Southeast Missouri State to finish his collegiate career. In 2008 Clint graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a Bachelors of Science degree with emphasis in Recreation. Some key moments in Clint's athlete background include: All-area football player at North Mesquite High School, played in HS Coca-Cola All-Star football Game, HS three-year letterman in football and track, all-district in 110 hurdles, HS two-year basketball letterman, named team captain of both HS and college football teams, full division 1A football athletic scholarship(NMSU), and Area football with the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz. "Training and competing in athletics has been a vital part of my life. I love to workout and it has always been a dream of mine to make a living doing what I love to do." Clint joined D.A.T.B.O.Y. Training, with hopes of continuing that dream of combining his athletic lifestyle with his passion for helping others reach their goals. | |

Maria's training includes Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Myofacial Release Techniques and Assisted Stretching. Maria specializes in Sports Therapy. She uses a combination of Sports Massage Techniques (i.e. compression, cross fiber, trigger point) in order to reduce the risk of injuries, and enhance performance and rehabilitation. Maria is a solemn advocate of massage, and strongly believes in its ability to not only restore function to muscles and joints before, during and following sports participation by improving tissue pliability, enhancing circulation, and speeding up recovery and reducing metabolic build up; but also to enhance overall health and well-being. Maria was born and raised in Cordoba, Argentina. She is an active mother of two teenage daughters and enjoys playing soccer for recreation. | |

Stephen Sumcizk - Born and raised in DFW, has been athletically active since the age of 4. Along with HS soccer and being the kicker/punter in football, Stephen has played soccer competitively since age 10. From the prestigious International Youth tournament, Dallas Cup, to the two State Soccer Championships and two State Runner Ups, Stephen has competed and played with some of the best.
Timothy Hadley Jr. - A native of Miami Florida, Timothy Hadley is an Armed Forces Veteran. While serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, where his martial arts expertise were quickly recognized, Tim earned himself a spot on the All-Marine TaeKwonDo Team.
Clinton Jones - born and raised in DFW, has been involved in athletics since the age of 5. Along with playing football in high school, college, and the AFL, Clint has also competed in
track and basketball competitively. From HS football to the professional level football, Clinton has competed and trained with some of the best athletes.
Maria Bernardez - Maria graduated from ATI School of Massage, Lewisville, Texas; She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Bruce Kaposta - Born in Houston TX, Bruce has been into Health/ Fitness since he was a young child. His uncles and father were always into working out, so Bruce was destined to get into the Health/ Fitness Industry. Growing up, Bruce was always into sports, but bodybuilding, basketball, and football were his thing. When Bruce was working at 24hr Fitness as a Front Desk Associate, he decided to get into the personal training field. He received his Certification thru The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Tx. He loves being in the gym and helping people reach their goals. Bruce has worked at many big name gyms and has taking information from all his endeavors. In 2009, Bruce was givin the opportunity to tryout at the NFL combine in Arlington, TX. Bruce also has gotten into the entertainment field including : Modeling, Acting and Music. Bruce has a passion for helping others, always has a smile and POSITIVE attitude. He has been successful in his endeavors, but wants more in life and always strives for being better.
